We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

Scotify Solutions offers subscription-based plans (Pro, Community, and Enterprise). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined on our Pricing page.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan
• Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable after 14 days
• Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) or violate CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or GDPR regulations
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Harvest, collect, or gather user data without consent
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Scotify Solutions. Our trademarks, logos, and service names may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you create and publish through our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display your content for the purpose of delivering the service.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to cancel your subscription.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
